Design & Fabrication

Accessorising

Whether they are custom built or "one off", our wide range of standard enclosures can be accessorised during production or after delivery.
Accessories include rails for power or communications, doors, covers, tops, panels, handles, vents, runners, shelves, slides, blowers, drawers, desks, wheels, feet and many other items.

Badging

Badging your equipment enclosure in your own corporate style is another task you can hand to Techmetal. If you wish we can even design special badges and colour combinations for cabinet decoration which style them as your product exclusively.

Wiring

Wiring or cabling your enclosure can often be accomplished more simply and economically at our plant than at yours, or at installation sites. When Techmetal handles your wiring, you are ready to "plug in and go".

Finishing

Precision is part of our finishing process, too. In addition to offering you a wide range of standard colours to AS2700 or BS381c, we can colour match your sample - with film thickness, adhesion and hardness testing a standard Techmetal procedure.

Delivery

"Handle with care" is another aspect of the Techmetal commitment to precision. For local delivery, Techmetal products are wrapped in tough polyethylene film and are delivered by our own vehicles. Products shipped to other destinations are packed in especially strengthened double walled cartons or in wooden crates to ensure they arrive in factory condition.
